Andrea Thomas
President & Board Chairman
Andrea Thomas earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Indiana State University.
While working to support traditionally underserved students in a post secondary institution she lost her daughter Ayonna after a long fought battle with mental health.
She worked with her children to establish The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support Inc in 2022 to serve others whom had experienced the same trauma and to work to change the way mental health is supported within black and brown communities.
Cheri Bush
Board Member
Cheri Bush is the Catholic Philanthropic Advisor for Catholic Charities. She is passionate about engaging, thanking and uplifting donors for their corporal works of mercy performed through and with Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
Cheri has been a long time friend of the Thomas family and is dedicated to supporting them in seeing through their mission to establish this legacy foundation.
Quaeina Davis
Board Member
Quaeina Davis joined The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support board with the vision and drive to improve the mental health support in her community. Quaeina has focused on developing the foundation with great integrity.
Quaeina is the God mother to the five Thomas children and has been a constant pillar in their lives.
Janay Thomas
Lead Advocate & Brand Ambassador
Janay Thomas co-founded The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support with her mother and siblings. She has a vision to serve as an example to teens that managing your mental health and being informed about suicide is vital to future success.
She’s a full time college student studying education and looks forward to supporting her community.
Dea Thomas
Lead Social Media Director
Dea Thomas co-founded The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support with her mother and siblings. She is dedicated to serving her community and keeping the legacy of her sister alive.
She’s a high school senior and looks forward to entering college to complete her degree and serve her community.

Director of Volunteers
T Thomas co-founded The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support with their mother and siblings. They want to work to keep the legacy of their twin sisters alive through working with others.
They’re a high school senior and look forward to supporting their community.
TJ Thomas
Head of Events & Facilities
TJ Thomas co-founded The Yonna Foundation for Mental Health Advocacy and Support with his mother and siblings. He works to support the foundation to provide services and events in the Marion County area. He looks forward to supporting his community and keeping his sister’s legacy alive through active community presence.
